These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vyelle website and your purchase of products from Vyelle, operated by YL Digital Trade Group L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site and purchase products. By using this site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Products and descriptions

Food supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Results vary between individuals.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Our current offers are: one jar on subscription for $59 per month; one jar as a one-time purchase for $100; three jars as a one-time purchase for $207; or six jars as a one-time purchase for $354. US shipping is included with these offers. Any applicable taxes and the final total are displayed at checkout. Payment is charged when you place your order; subscription renewals are charged according to the schedule you accept at checkout. Prices for future purchases may change. Existing subscriptions follow the terms in your order confirmation and account.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

The one-jar monthly subscription is billed at $59 every month and delivers one jar per shipment, with free US shipping. It renews until cancelled. By choosing the subscription and completing checkout, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method according to the terms shown at checkout.

• The three-jar and six-jar bundles are one-time purchases and do not renew.
• You may skip, pause or cancel through your account before the next billing date. For help, email hello@getvyelle.com.
• Cancellation prevents future renewals. Orders already processed remain subject to our Refund Policy.
• You will receive a reminder before each renewal charge.
• If you already hold a different plan, its agreed billing and delivery terms remain available in your order confirmation and account.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. See our Shipping Policy for processing, tracking and delivery details. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Returns and refunds

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on first orders. See our Refund Policy for full details. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable US federal or state law.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to YL Digital Trade Group L.L.C-FZ. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable US consumer protection laws.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
