Daily Renewal is Fresh Lemon flavour. Taste is personal; individual preferences vary. If trying the flavour is your priority, one jar gives you the smallest upfront purchase.

Mix one scoop into 350–400ml of cold water, then stir or shake. Follow the serving directions on your jar. Each jar contains 30 daily servings.

You can use a glass and spoon or a shaker. No blender is needed for the cold-water preparation.

Using more water makes the same serving more dilute. Keep the powder amount within the directions on the jar; extra powder is not the way to make a serving more effective.
