Vyelle is currently available within the United States as we build our first customer community. We plan to expand thoughtfully as we grow.
Pre-orders (current batch)
Our current batch has sold out. Orders placed now are pre-orders, reserved from the next production batch and shipping by 31 July 2026. You will receive an order confirmation when you place your pre-order and a tracking email the moment your jar dispatches. Once dispatched, the normal delivery times below apply.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full, immediate refund — just email hello@getvyelle.com with your order number.
US shipping
All US orders ship free via USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days after dispatch. Orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner, West Coast FBA Prep, in Mission Viejo, California.
Order processing
Outside of pre-order periods, orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). During a pre-order period, your order ships from the next batch as described above. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Subscription shipments
Subscription orders ship every 30 days from your initial order date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each shipment.
Tracking
USPS tracking is included on every US order. Track your shipment at usps.com using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control. If your pre-order is ever delayed beyond the stated shipping window, we will notify you by email with the option to keep your reservation or cancel for a full refund.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days at hello@getvyelle.com. We will work with USPS to locate the package and replace it or issue a full refund as appropriate.
