Return and Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first order of Vyelle Daily Renewal, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. You do not need to return the product. This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only (one per household).

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@getvyelle.com with your order number. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Subsequent orders

For orders beyond your first, we accept returns of unopened, undamaged product within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account in two clicks, before the next billing date. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle — shipments already processed are not refunded on cancellation alone. If you are dissatisfied with any shipment within your first 30 days, the money-back guarantee applies.

Processing time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
