These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vyelle website and your purchase of products from Vyelle, operated by YL Digital Trade Group L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and descriptions

Food supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Results vary between individuals.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Subscription price: $69.00/month. One-time purchase price: $89.00. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is charged at the time of order.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Subscription orders are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel. In accordance with the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA) and applicable state auto-renewal laws:

  • You will be charged $69.00 on the date of your initial order and every 30 days thereafter
  • You may cancel at any time from your account in two clicks before the next billing date
  • Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle with no further charges
  • You will receive a reminder before each renewal charge

Shipping

We ship to the United States and select international destinations. See our Shipping Policy for full details. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first orders. See our Refund Policy for full details. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable US federal or state law.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to YL Digital Trade Group L.L.C-FZ. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable US consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
