What did the study find?
The trial reported changes in selected sleep measures. It examined the ingredient alone in healthy adults, rather than treating menopause. The study size and population matter when interpreting the findings.

Which medication interactions should I ask about?
Vitamin K: talk to your prescriber before starting if you take warfarin or a similar vitamin-K antagonist; changes in vitamin K intake can affect treatment.
Magnesium: can affect absorption of some antibiotics and oral osteoporosis medicines. Ask your pharmacist whether doses need separating.
Ashwagandha: may interact with thyroid medicines, sedatives, anti-seizure medicines, immunosuppressants, and medicines for diabetes or high blood pressure. This is not an exhaustive interaction list.
What should I know about side effects and longer-term use?
Ashwagandha can cause drowsiness, stomach upset, diarrhoea or vomiting; rare liver injury has been reported. Longer-term safety is not established. Magnesium supplements may also cause diarrhoea or cramping.
Stop use and contact a healthcare professional if you develop a concerning reaction. Seek urgent medical advice for yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine or severe abdominal pain. Seek emergency help for breathing difficulty or swelling of the face or throat.

How do I manage or cancel monthly deliveries?

Does the 90-day guarantee cover every refill?
The guarantee covers your first order, for 90 days from delivery. It does not automatically cover later subscription renewals. A refund request and cancellation of future deliveries are separate actions; tell us if you need both.
Is this a subscription? Will you charge me again?
The default selection is one jar on a $69 monthly subscription. You pay $69 today, then $69 every month until cancelled, with one jar shipped each month. Taste & daily use
What does it taste like?
Daily Renewal is Fresh Lemon flavour. Taste is personal; individual preferences vary. If trying the flavour is your priority, one jar gives you the smallest upfront purchase.
How do I prepare it?
Mix one scoop into 350–400ml of cold water, then stir or shake. Follow the serving directions on your jar. Each jar contains 30 daily servings.
Do I need a blender or any special equipment?
You can use a glass and spoon or a shaker. No blender is needed for the cold-water preparation.
Can I change how strong it tastes?
Using more water makes the same serving more dilute. Keep the powder amount within the directions on the jar; extra powder is not the way to make a serving more effective.
Can I put it in hot coffee or tea?
Cold water is the preparation described for Daily Renewal. Use that method rather than assuming the formula has been validated for hot drinks. Ask us if you want guidance on another preparation.
Do I have to take it at exactly the same time?

What if I miss a day?

How should I store it, and will six jars keep?

Is it hormone therapy or a treatment for menopause?
No. Daily Renewal is a food supplement, not hormone replacement therapy or a treatment for menopause symptoms. It should not replace medical assessment or prescribed care.
Can I take it alongside HRT or other medication?
Have your pharmacist or prescribing clinician review the complete ingredient label before starting. Suitability depends on the exact medicine and your health history; being a supplement does not rule out interactions.
Can I keep taking my multivitamin, collagen or magnesium?
Check the total amounts across all your products first. Daily Renewal already includes collagen, magnesium and several vitamins and minerals. Your pharmacist can help identify overlaps and decide what is appropriate to combine.
Does it replace every supplement I take?

Could it cause stomach discomfort or other side effects?

Does buying six jars mean I should take it continuously for six months?

Is the fibre the same as a probiotic?

Can I open the jar and still request a refund?
Yes. The first-order guarantee lets you try the product. You do not need to return the jars to receive the qualifying refund.
When do my 90 days start?
The guarantee starts on the day you receive your order, not the day you place it. Purchasing six jars does not extend the guarantee to six months.
How do I request my money back?

How long does a refund take?
